Job Description
Cottonwood Residential is looking to hire a Property Manager at Autumn Ridge Apartments in Raleigh, NC. The position offers competitive pay, health benefits, 401k match, and paid time off. Responsibilities include managing property operations, leading a team, and developing sales and marketing plans.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience
- Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience
- REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred
- Entrata Core experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred
