Solution Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Couchbase is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the rapidly growing Couchbase user community and drive customer success. The role involves guiding customers in solving their problems and meeting their requirements with Couchbase Server, collaborating closely with the sales team, and ensuring the success of customer PoC/Pilots.

Requirements

• 6+ years of pre-sales engineering experience for enterprise back-end software
• 2+ years of experience with RDBMS, including schema modeling, performance tuning, and configuration
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present technical solutions concisely to customers or potential customers
• Experience engaging with developers
• Passion for delving into technical issues and solving customer problems
• Proactive in engaging with customers
