Job Description
Coughlin & Gerhart LLP is seeking a full-time New York State admitted attorney with 3+ years of experience for our Litigation practice group. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, and a competitive salary range of $97,500-$140,000.
Requirements
- Draft legal documents, including motions, discovery and pleadings.
- Conduct depositions, appear for oral arguments and attend client meetings
- Negotiate settlements/advise clients.
- Perform legal research, draft Memorandum of Law.
- Oversee consultations with potential clients.
- Handle hearings, arbitrations and trials.
