Job Description
Supports field sales and customers by providing information regarding order status, product availability, pricing, sales policies and procedures, and other customer concerns. Establishes and maintains direct contact with customers and reviews and processes customer orders to maintain pricing and delivery accuracy.
Requirements
- Excellent problem solving and follow up skills
- Ability to make decisions independently and be proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially telephone skills)
- Knowledge of product base and internal systems
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
