Job Description
The Clerk II Reference Clerk provides specialized services to patrons by providing advanced problem-solving assistance in person, by telephone, and online, and conducts environmental scans of the branch's community to create unique insight into the needs of the community's adult population.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- At least one year of library experience
- Experience working with computers, databases, and search tools
