Temporary Part-time Dietary Aide

Join the County of Elgin as a Temporary Part-time Dietary Aide at Terrace Lodge. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for basic food preparation, assisting the Cook where needed, and handling food in accordance with safety and sanitary regulations.

Requirements

• Successful completion or enrollment in a Food Service Worker program meeting the requirements of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
• Current Food Handling Certificate
• Passion for serving others and providing quality care
• Cook diploma (an asset)
• Excellent communication skills
