Recruiting Coordinator

Rocket Now is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the recruitment process, including administrative work, coordination, and improvement of recruitment operations.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of work experience in administrative, PA, recruitment assistant, or coordinator roles
• Experience in coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work accurately and quickly in business
• High awareness of compliance with recruitment information and personal information
• Basic PC skills (e-mail, calendar, Excel/Word, etc.)
• Fluent Japanese language skills and business-level English language skills
