Staff Technical Program Manager

Coupang is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency. The ideal candidate will have strong subject matter expertise in software design architecture and analysis, as well as experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.

Requirements

• Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
• Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
• Analytical Depth: Sharp with metrics, able to deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
