Associate Director, Digital Marketing Analytics

CourtAvenue is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Marketing Analytics to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with web analytics platforms and business intelligence dashboard tools, with the ability to present to and influence senior client stakeholders. The role involves working with messy, inconsistent, or incomplete data, and improving quality at the source. The company offers a hybrid work model and is located on the west coast.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a data or analytics role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead-level capacity
• Strong expertise with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4, and at least moderate expertise with tagging platforms, such as Google Tag Manager
• Expertise with at least one business intelligence dashboard tool, such as Looker / Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI or others
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of working with messy, inconsistent, or incomplete data — and of leading the work to improve quality at the source

Benefits

• Generous salary range ($130,000 - $160,000 a year)
