CourtAvenue is a company that accelerates digital transformation for ambitious companies. The Senior Project Manager will establish and manage project delivery and governance, ensuring clients maximize their return on investment.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of analyst, project management, program management, technical, and/or business experience
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Agency experience is highly preferred
- Experience in running or working with agile teams
- Significant experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams towards excellence and success
- Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
- Able to understand, balance, and manage the interplay between people, processes and systems
- Excellence in organization and management; conscientious, and skilled at solving issues at all project levels while supporting colleagues and clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
