Gigantic Playground is a creative technology agency seeking a VP, Client Services to lead client strategy, executive relationships, and organic growth across key accounts and partnerships.
Requirements
- Own executive-level client relationships
- Define and guide overall client strategy
- Drive organic growth across key accounts
- Build account leadership and client services teams
- Guide and approve Statements of Work (SOWs), renewals, and account expansions
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex client issues
- Represent Gigantic Playground at the executive level with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor and develop senior client leaders
- Help shape agency positioning, go-to-market strategy, and thought leadership
