Welcome and accommodate guests, visitors, and staff in a warm and courteous manner. Perform front desk duties, including guest registration and check-out, and promote hotel services and amenities.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience
• Previous cashier experience
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English
• Strong customer-relations skills
• Ability to deal with angry or upset guests
