Job Description
Under the direction of the Chief of Engineering, the Maintenance Supervisor responds to all General Maintenance service calls, evaluates maintenance with high quality standards, and demonstrates knowledge relating to hotel property maintenance.
Requirements
- Facilitates daily maintenance operations
- Performs or directs basic repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces
- Maintains building by performing/directing basic repairs, carpentry, shoveling, clean-up work, snow/ice removal, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting, and related maintenance activities
