Job Description
The Operations Manager assists the General Manager in promoting, managing, and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel, including leading departmental teams, implementing company policies, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations
- Working knowledge of LightSpeed, Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
