The Hotel Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from designated locations, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
Requirements
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle in accordance with traffic laws and hotel policies.
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance with luggage as needed.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, well-fueled, and properly functioning vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times to ensure timely guest transport.
- Assist with guest inquiries and communicate effectively with the front desk or concierge about guest requests or delays.
- Record and maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage reports, and maintenance records.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management.
- Support other guest service functions as assigned by the supervisor.
