Job Description
The all-new DoubleTree Midland West is hiring for a Server position for their fine dining restaurant ahead of the March 2026 opening. The successful candidate will provide high-end dining experiences to guests, guide them through the menu, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of wine and fine dining service techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
- Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications
- Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
- Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all service areas
