Requirements
- Assist Project Manager in cross-function coordination
- Conduct DD in tandem with Project Manager
- To do Property Checklist with Owner
- Coordinate & regularly Supervise utilities upgrade works
- Purchase & Deliver ops upgrade items to property location
- Assist Project Manager in doing onboarding-related paperwork
- Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems
