Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join us here at Covéa Insurance as a Pricing Manager, within our Pricing Technical Modelling Team! This is a hybrid position, combining the best of both worlds - working from home and spending time in our Halifax or Reading office.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the Senior Pricing Manager and senior stakeholders to implement modelling and rating changes
- Lead and develop a diverse team of pricing specialists
- Strengthen pricing capabilities by establishing best-practice methodologies, governance frameworks, and robust controls
- Leverage internal and external datasets to enhance predictive pricing models and support profit and growth objectives
- Represent Pricing as a subject matter expert in key forums
- Maintain expertise in Pricing and Data Science tools
