Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
- Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
- Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
- Work with the individual at the Dream Center.
