Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking an energetic and compassionate Qualified Professional with experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to support individuals in the Raleigh area.
Requirements
- Staffing, caseload, and team leadership
- Compliance, documentation, and care planning
- Incident management, risk reduction, and quality assurance
- Documentation quality, audits, and regulatory readiness
- Client engagement, consent, and community collaboration
- Training, supervision, and staff development
- On-call support and ethics
