Job Description
Covenant Village is seeking a full-time Night Shift Floor Nurse to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing exceptional care.
Requirements
- Assigns and supervises CNA workload and resident assignments
- Provides guidance, coaching, and support to nursing assistants
- Performs, supervises, and assists with the completion of ADLs, rounds, and safety checks
- Performs head-to-toe assessments and ongoing monitoring of resident conditions
- Identifies and responds to changes in condition; initiates appropriate interventions
