Senior Director, Public Relations

The Senior Director, Public Relations will own the narrative for Coveo, shaping a differentiated story connecting the product vision, market shift, and customer achievements, and making it land with enterprise buyers. The role will involve building a global communications function from the ground up, deploying agency budgets, and aligning marketing, product, and sales behind one story.

Requirements

• Genuinely curious about AI and excited to explain how it's reshaping the enterprise.
• Creative storyteller who can translate complex technology into a narrative people care about.
• Experience building communications programs and working fluidly across product, sales, and marketing.
• Deep experience in enterprise B2B technology or SaaS communications, and knowledge of directing agencies and budget toward real outcomes.
• Track record of taking a strong-but-underexposed company and meaningfully raising its profile.
• Experience launching narratives in emerging or fast-defining categories.
