Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience designing digital products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch optimization
- Experience leading user research initiatives and transforming customer insights into actionable product decisions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently leading workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person discovery and customer engagement
