Senior Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to help commerce teams unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence to drive relevance, conversion, and growth. As a member of our Sales team, you will partner with prospects to uncover their business and technical needs, frame the right solution, and demonstrate the unique value Coveo brings to modern digital commerce.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the field as Presales / Sales Engineer/ Solution Consultant
• Commerce platform expertise (B2B or B2C) with technical and business requirements discovery experience in an ecommerce context
• AI/ML expertise with Search and Commerce related models
• Programming skills with Python and Javascript and experience with APIs
• Able to navigate medium to large organizations and global enterprise
• Able to travel minimum 30% of the time
