Job Description
Senior Software Engineer focused on cloud and infrastructure, designing, building, and optimizing scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support clinical analytics and data pipelines. Key responsibilities include designing and developing secure, cloud-native services, building and operating containerized applications, and implementing integrations and workflows that streamline healthcare data processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and software design best practices
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Ability to balance competing requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver practical, scalable solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
- Background in healthcare data standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) or prior experience in health tech
- Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) preferred
