Job Description
Coverflex is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth in one of Italy, Spain, or Portugal. The role involves leveraging acquisition tactics to drive volume, identifying what works, and building the growth engine for small businesses across the region.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in paid marketing/growth/demand-gen, focused on achieving business outcomes
- Proven results managing SEM, PPC, Paid Social or SEO, ideally with deep expertise in at least one channel (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn...)
- Experience building, executing and reporting on full growth campaigns, not just running the ads
- Excellent communication in English AND Italian OR Spanish OR Portuguese
- Curious, proactive, and data-driven mindset
