Job Description
We are seeking a Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to shape and build CoverGo's health insurance product capabilities. The role requires deep health insurance domain expertise and experience in end-to-end insurance operations.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in the insurance industry
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
- Experience in life and/or P&C insurance is considered a strong advantage
- Having a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams
