As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at CoverGo, you will drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise-grade insurance platform, leading a team of engineers, mentoring peers, and championing AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our SaaS platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers
- Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration
- Explore and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Champion security and compliance initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
