Job Description
CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution of their enterprise-grade insurance platform. The role involves leading a team of engineers, mentoring peers, and championing the integration of AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of a SaaS platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers
- Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration
- Explore and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
