Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) - Fully Remote

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team at CoverGo. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product and redefining how design is done in an AI-enabled environment. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design interfaces, identify opportunities, shape features, and drive product outcomes end-to-end.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to drive product discovery and development
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with strong attention to structure, consistency, and scalability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading design projects or teams, with the ability to guide and inspire others
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for design, prototyping, or code generation (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to significantly accelerate workflows
• Ability to produce design outputs close to production-level quality, with practical understanding of how designs translate into code
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments, with a proactive approach to defining processes and getting things done
