Sr Manager, Product Management

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience. 9+ years of product management experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Experience working directly with Health Systems and health care providers
• Well-rounded product management experience including leading products through discovery, build and go-to-market
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders from diverse teams and disciplines to identify and deliver solutions that drive results and solve key customer challenges
• Experience leading transformational initiatives with cross functional teams
• Experience working with C-suite, strong presentation skills and executive presence
• P&L or financial management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Customer facing experience managing expectations for complex technical and/ or data driven products
• Experience leveraging AI and large language models in the healthcare industry
• Experience coaching new-to-role employees and managing tenured senior level individual contributors
• Comfortable with setting strategy, making timely decisions
