Covetrus is seeking a Clinic Growth Advisor to drive adoption of their technology solutions, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction in veterinary practices. The role focuses on proactive customer engagement, platform optimization, growth enablement, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years in a veterinary practice or related industry role.
• Previous experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles in veterinary, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of veterinary industry challenges, trends, and technology solutions.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with objection handling.
• Ability to follow through to solve customer problems and deliver value.
