Customer Service Collaborator

The Customer Service Collaborator is the central point of contact for customers, processing orders, inquiries, and administrative tasks, with a focus on continuous optimization of service processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or training as a veterinary practice assistant or equivalent qualification
• Strong customer orientation and joy in direct customer contact
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; good to very good French language skills, English and Italian language skills are an asset
• Friendly, professional appearance on the phone and in written communication
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant work
• Resilience and flexibility - especially in high workload situations or during absence phases
• Safe handling of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (Navision, Salesforce) is an asset
• Team ability, reliability, and active co-design of work processes
