Director, Reporting and Technical Accounting

We are seeking a Director, Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and preparation of financial statements consolidation process, overseeing accounting activities, and advising business leaders on M&A activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required, MBA a plus
• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years working in Big 4 accounting firm a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC filing requirements, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ability to clearly and concisely document and effectively communicate complex accounting and reporting issues
• Effective at building strong relationships across departments and at all levels with customer service focus
