The Product Specialist/Business Analyst will be a hands-on role for someone who wants to be close to both the product and the customer. You will demo the platform, train users, and help shape how the product evolves based on real-world feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in fintech, insurtech, or a related financial services environment
- Experience in running product demos and onboarding users
- Working directly with customers in a sales or solutions-oriented role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
