Afstudeerstage Customer Experience & Process Improvement (Voice of the Customer)

We are looking for a motivated intern or master student to help us circulate the Voice of the Customer and improve our processes. The intern will research and develop methods to ensure that the entire organization is aware of customer wishes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master student in Communication Business Studies, Organizational Science, a commercial study or a comparable field
• Analytical mindset and interest in improving communication within organizations
• Independent, proactive, and communicatively strong
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
