Customer Support Intern

We're looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and ensure that students have a smooth, stress-free experience before and during their international programs. This role will involve administrative coordination, customer service and problem-solving to support students and their families throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus!
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Accurate and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in customer service, administration, education or travel is a plus!
