Job Description
Cox Fleet By Cox Automotive is hiring a Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to perform licensed DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. The role involves working independently, managing concurrent tasks, and communicating effectively with clients and customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties
- Obtain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification T8 (PMI) within eighteen (18) months
- Safe driver's license
- Valid state-of-residence driver's license
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without tiring
