Retail Sales Associate

Cox Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who creates phenomenal customer service experiences, connects with customers, and drives sales. This role involves explaining and demonstrating product capabilities, meeting sales targets, and working a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum: HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment
• Ability to be mobile within the store for long periods of time
• Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to help manage stock room inventory
