KIRO 7 News is searching for a Senior Producer who can serve the audience and elevate the newsroom. The ideal candidate brings bold ideas, supports the execution of standout moments, and encourages producers to think beyond the basics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of newscast producing experience in a local TV newsroom
• Strong control room skills, with experience stacking and executing high-impact shows
• A track record of supporting and collaborating with newsroom leadership
• Ability to thrive under pressure and make fast, sound editorial decisions
• Deep understanding of multiplatform strategy and audience needs
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to quality journalism
• A professional, team-first attitude and a passion for innovation
