Senior Electrical Engineer

CP Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and mentorship within our electrical engineering team. The role is responsible for developing project scopes, preparing budget estimates, and overseeing electrical design work to ensure the delivery of high quality, accurate, and consistent engineering outputs across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Maintain active Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
• Minimum 7-10 years of electrical engineering experience, with a track record of leading, mentoring, or supervising other engineers.
