Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will provide leadership and coordination of the company's finance and accounting operations. This role will manage a broad finance organization, ensure compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley requirements, and lead the corporate governance process.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced degree (CPA or MBA) strongly preferred
• Public/private company mix of experience strongly preferred
• Minimum ten years experience in senior-level finance or accounting roles
