Job Description
The Vice President Client Services is the Agency’s chief marketing officer in a region, responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales, quality-of-service, and profit objectives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a field structured organization providing direct client facing customer support, with commercial lines Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
Requirements
- Professional insurance or risk management designation(s) (CPCU, ARM) preferred
- Active involvement in professional development strongly encouraged
- 7+ years’ previous experience in a field structured organization providing direct client facing customer support
- Commercial lines Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in one or more core disciplines (e.g. underwriting, risk management marketing, claims)
