The Sales Developer role is a combination of sales, merchandising, and activating, responsible for maximizing orders/sales in assigned stores across all SKUs. The role requires a winning attitude, digital mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive business growth and contribute to the company culture.

Requirements

• Full clean driving license
• Previous experience selling into SuperValu stores
• Good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the Convenience channel (Spar/Centra/Mace)
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Attention to detail and target-driven
• Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Bi)
