Job Description
Cprime is seeking a Customer Support - Specialist 2 to join their team. The successful candidate will provide world-class customer service, resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional experiences. They will work on-site in Cincinatti, OH, with a shift schedule of Mon to Fri - 9AM - 6PM EST.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or contact center experience
- Experience in de-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
