Job Description
Contract Technical Assistant (Building Services) position requires a diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, experience in AutoCAD drafting, and good knowledge of statutory regulations. The candidate will assist with drawing-related management, coordinate between disciplines, and resolve technical problems. Successful candidate will be seconded to the Housing Department and work in their office.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in AutoCAD drafting
- Good knowledge of statutory Regulations and Code of Practices relating to building services trades
- Good knowledge of personal computer applications
