Estimator – Commercial Flooring supports revenue growth and project success by preparing accurate, competitive estimates for commercial flooring projects across Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region.

Requirements

• Experience preparing estimates for commercial construction projects, preferably within flooring or interior finishes
• Strong ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• Working knowledge of commercial construction documents, scopes of work, and bid processes
• Ability to develop clear inclusions, exclusions, alternates, and clarifications
• Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and digital plan review software
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
