A well-established legal organization is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
- Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with e-filing in state and/or federal courts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
