The Development Projects Manager at CR2 is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a portfolio of software development and IT projects. Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent software development and IT projects
- Define clear project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams
- Track and report project performance using approved methodologies and tooling
- Drive continuous refinement of project management practices and delivery frameworks
- Ability to motivate, guide, and align diverse cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
