Job Description
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager provides strategic financial insight and leadership across the organisation, driving high-quality budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support to enable the CFO and Leadership Team to execute the companyâs strategic and operational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3â5 years' post-qualification experience in financial planning, analytical roles, or similar positions
- Industry experience in software or financial services is advantageous
- Proven track record of producing high-quality analysis with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex workloads, and deliver to deadlines
